| | | Martyn Konig Position: Chief Executive Officer
Martyn Konig has 20 years experience in investment banking and the commodity markets. A Barrister and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he has extensive experience in the natural resource sector, which includes senior management responsibility in establishing and running resource finance and commodity trading operations at various international investment banks. Martyn was a main board director of NM Rothschild for 15 years and held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and UBS. Martyn co-founded Resourceworks, a private resource focused investment company, in 2001.

| | | Sally Joy Schofield Position: Director, Business Development
Sally Schofield qualified with a first class B. Eng (hons) Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines and has over 10 years relevant experience working across a varied range of commercial and geological roles in Chile, FSU and Eastern Europe, including as field geologist and in resource evaluation. Ms Schofield has worked in several private and public companies related to both the mining and construction sectors. She has held Vice President positions with Dragon and European Minerals Corporation and has provided technical and managerial support for several others. Ms. Schofield is a professional member of the IMMM and a Fellow of the Geological Society.

| | | Dr. Barry Donald Rayment Position: Non-executive Director
Barry Rayment is a mining geologist with 30 years experience in base and precious metal exploration throughout Europe, Central America, South America, and the United States and in countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, with a particular focus on Chilean deposits. Whilst Vice president of Glamis Gold, he was responsible for the exploration of the San Cristobal gold deposit in Chile, which subsequently became a gold producer. As President of Bema Gold was responsible ofr Bema's early entry into Chile and supervised the successful exploration and development of the Refugio gold deposit (now in production) and the Cerro Casale gold\copper deposit. Dr. Rayment obtained his PhD in mining geology from the Royal School of Mines, London in 1974. Since 1993 he has been President of Mining Assets Corporation, a private consulting corporation. Dr. Rayment also serves as a director of several other public exploration and mining companies, including Bema Gold and European Minerals Corporation.

| | | Jonathan David Rowland Position: Non-executive Director
Jonathan Rowland was a founder director of Jellyworks plc from its flotation on 21 December 1999 until it was merged with Shore Capital plc in August 2000. He spent the preceding five years as an executive of companies related to the Rowland family. Mr. Rowland has a wide investment experience and over the last 10 years has focussed on listed investments, private equity and assisting companies with re-structuring and financial advice. Mr Rowland is also a director of Resourceworks plc.

| | | David Whitehead Position: Non-Executive Director
David Whitehead holds a first class honours degree in Natural Sciences (Geology) from Trinity College, University of Dublin, obtained in 1964. After retiring from his post of Vice President Integration, Exploration and Innovation at BHP Billiton, Mr Whitehead joined the Board of Latitude Resources. He is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in the mining and exploration entity.As Manager of Shell Chile Metals, he was responsible for the successful development of the Choquelimpie Gold Mine and the early stages of the exploration program which led to the discovery of the world-class Collahuasi copper mine in Chile during the period 1986 -- 1990. Mr Whitehead was responsible for promoting the 'junior model' concept and re-engineering Billiton's exploration effort by means of strategic alliances with junior exploration companies and the leveraging of Billiton's capabilities with funding obtained in the venture capital markets.
